Design

With the latest state-of-the-art technologies, die design and engineering print functions have become fully computerized. We use software packages such as Pro-E for designing parts and DEFORM for simulating parts for optimal production and die life.

Forge

Our steam-driven hammers range from 4,000 to 18,000 lbs. Part weights range from 10 to 300 lbs. with diameters up to 24" and lengths to 45". We manufacture a wide variety of material grades including carbon, alloy, stainless steel, and microalloy.

Machine

From turning to milling and drilling on both simple and complex parts, our on-site machining makes us a "one-stop" supplier to serve your forging and machining needs. We use current technologies to machine parts ensuring the highest of quality.
